Nasz ślub był nie lada wyzwaniem, ponieważ na przygotowanie było BARDZO mało czasu! (3 miesiące)

Stella service/Incredible
Idalia was incredible as a wedding planner. Not only did she carry out her duties well, she was exceptional from consultation process to the end of our precious day. Below I have listed all the things she did for us:
Communication
Idalia was very responsive to our messages/emails. She replied to every email and message in a timely fashion. She was even great at chasing after subcontractors and she relayed our aspirations to the subcontractors in a concise manner (which was incredible as we had a lot of ideas ).
Oh, she is multilingual and this made things a 1000 times better.
Ideas
As mentioned above, we had a lot of aspirations for our Boho wedding. Not only did she take that on board, she enhanced our ideas and the result was spectacular to say the least. She came up with the mood board for the reception and she kept tweaking things to match up the trendy designs. Our ideas were amplified through Idalia’s market research and a lot of communication.
Subcontractors
She made sure we had a lot of options for our florists, cakes, food, DJ and master of ceremony, animations, transportation and videographers. She also arrange video calls so we could choose the right subcontractors. She even collected and delivered some samples from different contractors (the service was just mind blowing).
She also did a bit of negotiation for pricing. She’s hugely experienced and she used her experience and connections to get us available discounts.
On the day
Idalia arrived early on the the day. We needed that “someone” to orchestrate the day and that is what she did. From the table arrangements, transportation, food, helped the florist with what we has envisioned and she made sure the bride was always on point. She really did go over and beyond on the day.
All in all, I cannot emphasise how incredible Idalia was through the whole process. in the end she was not only a wedding planner but a friend, which we miss dearly!
If anyone wanted an event/wedding organiser, I cannot recommend Idalia enough. The service outdid the pricing. Well done Idalia on delivering us our big day in such a spectacular manner. 5/5 ⭐️
Idalia jest super ciepłą miłą osobą dzięki której spełniliśmy nasze ślubne marzenie. Użerała się z nami okrutnie ale wszystko (oprócz pogody ale tu już siła wyższa) się udało mimo że organizowaliśmy ślub i wesele w innym mieście niż mieszkamy i mieszka nasza rodzina. Idalia wszystko spięła a ślub, dekoracje, organizacja wyszły wspaniale. Bardzo dziękujemy <3 co złego to nie my ;)
